During his academic years, she pursued and successfully completed Diploma in International Laws, Diploma in Laws relating to Corporate Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring, Certificate Course on Patents, etc. In his career span, affiliated with D.N. Legal Associates, he has gained valuable experience in drafting of Corporate documents, schemes of Mergers, Acquisitions and Takeovers, Joint Venture Agreements, Documents relating to Financial Transactions including debt and equity and Due Diligence for Companies etc and has now joined D.N. Legal Associates as a full time Partner
